Peltier Temperature Controller

This temperature controller has been designed for the special requirements of the Peltier modules:

  • heating and cooling mode
  • 2 digital temperature sensors
  • possibilty for the user to choose between several control programms
  • LED-display for temperature and failure
  • potential-free failure alert contact
  • additional connecting terminal for fan
  • adjustable follow-up time for hot side fan
  • snapable on DIN-rail

  • Max. switching capacity (Peltier module): 16 A (by 24 V DC)
  • Temperature range: 0 to +60°C
  • Measuring and display accuracy: 0,5°C
  • Hysteresis for heating and cooling mode: 1,0 to 9,5°C separately adjustable
  • Display: 4 Digit 7 Segment LED
  • 2 digital temperature sensors: Sensor type DALLAS 18S20 (1m wire length)
  • Sparepart UETR-PT24V16A sensors (part.-no: 9402)
  • Failure alert contact: Relay contact (open contact)
  • Protection type: IP 40
  • Dimensions: 70,5 x 96 x 42mm

Temperature control:
  • Mode 1 - 2-points control: Sensor 2 for hot and cold side monitoring
  • Mode 2 - difference control: sensor 1 is command sensor
