Prototypes by rapid prototyping or milling / small and medium series by machine housing processing / large series by injection molding
Depending on the requirements, individual solutions of special connectors and connectors with spring-loaded contact pins can be produced with different materials and processes. Different quantities (prototypes, small, medium and large series) can thus be offered at the right time and financial expense.
For initial prototype samples, parts can be produced in 3D printing, or by mechanical machining of plastics, for example, FR4 and Ceramic-PEEK.
Also for small and medium series, the mechanical processing of the housing and the manual assembly of the housings with spring-loaded contact pins are often recommended. For medium and large series, we offer solutions for various applications and requirements together with our specialized partners in the field of plastic injection molding.
