Les éléments Peltier simples sont adaptés à différentes applications de chauffage et de refroidissement où une puissance de pompage faible à moyenne est requise (selon le module). Les applications typiques son par exemple des instruments biomédicaux, produits de consommation, appareils industriels et électriques ainsi que des instruments de laboratoires ou scientifiques. Les substrats standard son rodés avec une tolérance de ± 0.025 mm.
