Elliptical Fins
The BGA heat sinks are offered with different surface structures. The elliptical cooling fins of this heat sink variant are ideal for lateral air movement in the direction of the small leg of the cooling fins. Due to the elliptical shape, there is hardly any turbulence and the air flow is not slowed down very much, even with larger heat sinks. The material is black anodized AL6063.
