You can send your inquiries / orders directly to our customer service by e-mail.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 75.00 € net (value of goods). Please note that we charge an additional fee of 20.00 € for order under 75.00 €.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the weight / volume of the shipment and the respective destination country. The amount of the shipping costs will be communicated to you with your offer / order confirmation.
What shipping options are available?
Within Germany, your order will be shipped with UPS. Deliveries within the EU are standard made by UPS.
We also offer you the option of using your customer´s own account number of your parcel service. Please provide this information as part of your order or contact our customer service by e-mail. We will find together an optimal solution for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We will only accept bank transfer and therefore payment by credit card or PayPal is not possible.

You can find the bank details in the footer of the order confirmation and in the invoice.

How does the ordering process work?
After receiving your order by e-mail, you will receive an order confirmation from us as soon as possible. You will find the planned delivery time in this order confirmation.
How can I change / cancel orders?
For orders that you wish to chance or cancel, please send an e-mail to our customer service with the exact description of your request. We will check how far your order has progressed in the process and let you know the possibilities.
How can I complain a defective product or an incorrect quantity?
Please send an e-mail to our customer service. Please include as many details as possible in your e-mail (order number, article number, quantity etc.)
