Spring-loaded Connectors

With a high-quality series of standardized spring-loaded connectors, uwe electronic offers a flexible solution for many applications in the area of contacting with spring-loaded pins for the transmission of currents and signals.

The range includes spring-loaded connectors together with mating connector counterparts from two-pole to six-pole, with a pitch of 3 mm and 7 mm. The housing are made of resilient polyamide. Applications in the range up to 12 A / contact and use at temperatures from -40 °C to +120 °C. The assembled height of the interface is only about 10 mm and can be installed by simple screw mounting. The spring probes can be electrically connected by soldering a wire to the solder cup or by using a printed circuit board.

Our stocked spring contact strips are our recommendation for all mechanical engineering and automotive applications. In addition, contact strips are frequently used for signal transmission in mobile devices or as a battery charging interface. Especially for prototypes or applications with low unit volumes, the standardized connectors offer a fast and economical solution, since no custom protective housing is required. In medical technology, our spring contact strips represent a simple and powerful solution for the electrical connection.

We are expanding our successful series of spring-loaded connectors with the accessories of magnetic covers. The great advantages of the magnetic covers are among other things, the tear-off function by the magnet, as well as symmetrical design and ensures reverse polarity protection. This simplifies the design and allows the component to be used on both sides. The magnetic looking force is higher than the spring force of the spring contact pins, which ensures an optimal permanent contact connection.
