The spring-loaded connectors UEBK-30417 and UEBK-30418 provide a reliable and versatile solution for secure contact connections in latch and release applications. With a robust design and durable contact quality, they are ideal wherever precise contact engagement, reliable signal or power transmission, and a stable mechanical connection are required.

A central component of the system is the long-stroke, spring-loaded electrical connector for power and illumination. Versatile and robust, it is particularly suitable for applications where the gap between the spring-loaded side and the contact-face side may vary or be imprecise – for example in:

  • Door, window, or drawer latches
  • Industrial or retail shelving
  • OEM machinery solutions

This combination of spring-loaded connector and long-stroke connection enables a reliable electrical connection even in mobile or imprecise mounting situations. Areas of applications:

  • Testing equipment, test and production machines:
    The spring-loaded connectors allow for precise alignment of the contacts, which is particularly important to ensure stable contact resistances and consistently accurate measurement results. Precise positioning of the contact points prevents measurement deviations and ensures repeatable, reproducible processes in testing and production environments.

  • Battery charging applications:
    The precise contact ensures that the contact surfaces align optimally, resulting in low contact resistance, minimal heat generation, and high energy efficiency during charging. This is crucial for safe, reliable, and long-lasting charging cycles – especially with frequent plugging and unplugging. The contact bars allow for an especially large spring travel, which can accommodate significant component tolerances.
